   I can't believe it, I really do seem to have amassed some bad karma. On my way to bed last night discovered I have a bad urine infection again! :mad:lotsofbadwordsthatIcan'tuseonthisforum
Worst possible timing, if it had just waited a few more days. OH made a joke about using turkey basters - I told him I wasn't joking!!

Got the airbed out only to find we'd left the cable to link the pump to the car at home. Cried, laughed, swore we'd never go camping again and drove home! :rotfl::mad:   I can't believe it, I really do seem to have amassed some bad karma. Sorry ddebski_us for all the CBFM talk. Will tone it down once I get used to the machine:p0 -
Another person said, well at least you got pg, you'll get pg again soon enough. My daughter-in-law hasn't conceived at all.
Somehow that last comment made me feel slightly better:D
Hey! It wasn't my M-I-L was it?!
Lemon Tree - :j for AF finally leaving, she really outstayed her welcome this time!
Perdi - sorry to hear about the UTI, rotten timing. Hope it clears up soon.
eta Giz - sorry about your camping trip but do you really want to be camping in your situation?? You're an adventurous girl, I'd be going for maximum luxury and comfort - if I cant expect it for those 8 months or so, I never will!0 -
Good morning all
Just caught up with the last few pages. Don't think I've missed any BFPs or newbies, but if I have 'Congratulations!'** or 'Welcome!'** (**delete as appropriate)
OH has been away working and I've had 4 full days with DS....I'm exhausted....didn't even have the energy to switch the laptop on. I do sometimes wonder at my sanity for wanting another one, but I keep hoping its just the terrible twos and he'll calm down soon.
Anyway, back at work for a rest.
CD19 for me, only DTD once at CD11, so its a long shot this month. Especially when you consider your chances drop to about 1% when you get to my age. And you wouldn't back a 100-1 horse would you?
SBDTA.xxxIt doesn't hurt to be optimistic....you can always cry later.

I would, the rewards are so much higher
. Seriously, one of my colleagues has just had a healthy happy baby girl and she is 46 and wasn't even TTC. Those 100-1 longshots do come in all the time! Good luck x
46??? Goodness, I'm contemplating chucking it already, cos I didn't want to be 43 when I had a baby, but I've been saying that since I was 41, and still haven't stopped trying! It doesn't hurt to be optimistic....you can always cry later.

Actually she's 47 now, she turned 47 soon after the baby was born! She's been really well too, she only had 3 weeks maternity leave becuase she's the main breadwinner in her household - admirable!
I'm sure you'll get there but only give up if its not what you want anymore not because you think you're too old0 -
He's an engineer.
I'd love to go on to maternity leave:blushing:
So, do you get Sky TV for free?
No actually! :rotfl:
Technically we work for a company called TLC, and sky are one of their clients. So we get half price sky. But we have virgin media anyway, sky is rubbish
If we did get sky though i know the insider numbers to get straight through to other departments without no queue0 -
I know I don't really come on this thread anymore...but I remembered that it's nearly EA's wedding. So just wanted to say good luck, enjoy and have a fab day. xReduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
