Sorry for the tmi, but I have to ask. When you dtd in the morning, how long afterwards do you wait until you get out of bed and start moving about in a vertical position. When we dtd early evening before DH goes to work, the minute I get up gravity always takes it's toll :o

One of the BFP'ers said they got their BFP this month after dtd in the mornings (was it M-I-3?) . It's such a shocker that we have such a small window of opportunity!!

Just de-lurking to say we got our BFP after DTD in the afternoon of our first CBFM peak day (we're normally night time BDers). I got up after about 10 mins (but deliberately didn't go for a wee for a couple of hours since I find that seems to cause extra...:o...leakage ).

We DTD at night, and I'm on top (wrong position for gravity). I lay down for 10 - 15 minutes and then go to the toilet at which time most fell out. But someone on here assured me that the sperm quickly moves from the semen and it's really only semen that's falling out. Think of all those quickies that have got people pregnant :)

I'm supposed to be camping but we came home. It was a disaster. Drove 4 hours to get there, took a further 45 minutes to find the damn place, pitched the tent in the rain, phoned the alton towers hotel to see how much a room would cost there - £145 for 1 night  and that's with a 20% discount . Got the airbed out only to find we'd left the cable to link the pump to the car at home. Cried, laughed, swore we'd never go camping again and drove home! :rotfl:

Hope everyone had a better day than me :)

    Morning All
Had a terrible night last night- failed BD, hubby is having real issues 'switching off' so we didn't finish which frustrates me and him, CD17 today and fourth high on the CBFM, really need to OV soon or I'll get really cross!
Hope everyone is having a good day so far.

I read that just lying on your side for 15 mins after DTD is adequate. I think the little things swim quite fast!!!

  • Morning all. CD15 and down to LOW. My obs about CBFM sticks FWIW are

    Low - one blue line
High - two blue lines, fainter one near wee end
Peak - two blue lines, stronger one near wee end

Anyone contradict or add to that??

   I can't believe it, I really do seem to have amassed some bad karma. On my way to bed last night discovered I have a bad urine infection again! :mad:lotsofbadwordsthatIcan'tuseonthisforum
Worst possible timing, if it had just waited a few more days. OH made a joke about using turkey basters - I told him I wasn't joking!!

Guess that's me out for this cycle :( Annoying thing was she also declared she was going to do a pregnancy check, I wish she hadn't I didn't need reminding thanks!

    hi everyone
CD18 and AF has left me phew! i do think its only due to my taking the Agnus Castus tablets, maybe we'll even get a chance to DTD tonight/ tomorrow it will be nice even if there's no risk of getting pregnant as it's been 6-7 weeks since the last time

    Yay :j:j:j:j:j:j:j

Well on the subject of how long do you lay there. I've refused to move tonight so OH has brought up my laptop - he is awesome
Does the fact I'm posting now make me really sad or just fabulously dedicated to you lovely ladies?

just fabulous, and bad news about your wee infection.
