Im really excited by it all tbh, I just wanna tell everyone!
    It is exciting isn't it?:j
Remember there are only 20% chance of conceiving per cycle:o

You might like to try one of those Father-to-be multi-vitamins?
My OH takes ones by Pregnacare - it has Peruvian Maca in it which is supposed to be good for you know what;)
  • GTS on which day did you get your 'peaks'?

I had a 28 day cycle last month.

Peaks were on CD13 and CD14

    Q - Sorry about the TMI :D:rotfl:

Mr Moon Welcome - I agree it is nice to have a bloke here :) Not much more I can advise. Just relax and hopefully it will happen for you and everyone else. And also try not to focus on it too much. Remember that you have to carry on with your life too. TTC is a rollercoaster and can be a strain. I wish you loads of luck.

Lemon Tree - I know what you mean. I was on every forum going before purchasing my CBFM. Didnt get the hang of charting etc so this was the best and easiest option for me.

Fingers crossed it has worked - two pics of my new puppy Murphy x

Awww, what a cute little fella, Primmer, how's the housetraining coming along? I think we may be joining the ranks of dog-owners once again. DS has been asking for a dog, I thought OH was winding me up, but last week, sure enough DS says "mummy, daddy, iain, doggy, please" - have managed to be dog free for the last 7 years, looks like that may be changing if DS AND OH get their way. :)

Anyway, back to catching up, only 8 more pages to read....."I'll be back!"

He has not been too bad at housetraining and he goes through the night now. Sometimes however he gets too excited about running around in the garden and forgets to go to the loo and then within 10mins of being inside he goes in the house!

Awww....bless! Not too good for the carpet mindst! :)

Welcome to Jubilee, Maryann, WM123 hope your stay here is short.

Shame about the holiday, Giz, but it isn't looking too promising for flying tomorrow, I know some of the flights are starting up again, but with the next breath they're saying the volcano has started to spew ash again...here's hoping for you, but I'd have the tent ready just in case.

Congratulations, Lizzie, on your BFP, so pleased for you. :j

That's me caught up folks, I was only away for 4 days, been to visit family and had a great weekend, but AF arrived yesterday 5 days early!!!! That's two months that she's turned up to suit herself, I really don't know what's happening....perhaps I'm kidding myself about another baby, and I'm starting the change! Its a little bit depressing really :(

Oh well, onwards and upwards, CD1 yesterday, which means most likely to ov over the weekend again, which means more chance of BDing!

Perhaps stressing about ttc is affecting your cycles? It'll be too hard not to though:o
    Fingers crossed for next time:beer:

Thanks QQ, it may be that, but I don't feel like I'm getting stressed about it, perhaps I am subconsciously? I just have this slowly impending feeling of doom, like that's it, time has run out, my DS is going to be an only child...... :(

Might be the only man in this thread, but just wanted to say hi and wonder if anyone has any advice, OH came off pill around xmas time and have been trying to concieve since then. We have these test sticks and have been using them since last month but nothing happend so far. Just wondering if anyone had any tips lol

Hi MrMoon. I came off the pill early Jan and it did seem to take a few months for everything to settle down again. Temperature tracking isn't for everyone but it was really reassuring for me since I haven't had any positive tests using the OPKs. It's very difficult but I would also say try not to look for pregnancy symptoms during the 2 week wait and resist the temptation to test early as this all adds to the stress of it all. Other than that just try to keep it fun ;)...you have a 20% chance each cycle if you BD regularly so hopefully it won't be too long before you're chasing around after a wee son or daughter.

But at least you had one baby, that means you are physically OK:cool: (Well I know it was a long time ago:D).

I read here that 'abortion rates for women aged 40 to 44 match those for the under 16s, figures for England and Wales show.'

And: 'women should realise it is entirely conceivable that just one night of unprotected sex in your late 30s, 40s and even 50s can end in an unplanned pregnancy.'

Now, can you get your PMA back?
