Evening lovelies
i sincerely hope everyone on here gets their bfp this month (im out this month anyway - this cycle is a no chance and next cycle is a case of not happening when his parents are in the next room :rotfl:) so i think that puts me to having a 2011 baby (and even that probably going to be a late 2011 as my lovely oh is amazing and far too good at his job and has managed to get nominated for a good food guide restaurent of the year award :T
im enjoying my spot face today though that actually hurts
and im waiting to get the lovely bug thats sweeping through work at the mo

(is it wrong i had mcdonalds for tea tonight :S - yes my oh is a chef and i eat junk regularly )

Still here and waiting AF to start properly. I've got the usual pre-AF spotting going on. I'm a bit fed up but trying to be positive - it's a new month and all that. My homeopath reckons I'll be pregnant by May - but I want to be pregnant NOW!!!!!

I'm surrounded by pregnant women and new born babies - lovely, lovely, but hard too.

Not heard about the grapefruit juice, but I have heard that cough syrup can help make CM more favourable.

WRT EWCM, and ovulation, I think the only sure-fire way to check you have ovulated is to either test with ovulation sticks or to chart - and take your temp every day.

CD4 now but we dtd last nite as AF decided to pactially disappear only or her to reappear slightly this morning Stomach still in agony

When would be my testing day - cycle 28 days? annd u can add it to the list

For whoever was asking about CM Daleigha I think?! It depends how you're checking *too early for TMI alert pls skip if you're eating brekkie* ...if you're just checking your kecks you may not notice any, you might find that if you look internally(cut your nails before hand:eek:) you do have cm...if you don't fancy that you can also use a mirror, put it on the floor and stand above it so you can see your foof and then clamp the muscles like you're stopping a wee and any cm you may have will be pushed to the bottom so you can see it...hope that makes sense and apologies for the tmi:p If you google theres loads of info about how to check for the sneakiest of cm. Theres a link here to a previous post by Q on the different types of cm too which could be helpful.

Grapefruit juice & pomegranite juice are believed to help with cm but imo so long as you're drinking enough of any liquid then you're more likely to produce more bodily fluids anyway:)

Morning all,
Well, still no sign of AF for me. Do I stay on the list til she arrives?

On the way home from work last night I started feeling really weak and sick.... Got home, dragged the quilt downstairs onto the sofa, and lay there all night feeling sorry for myself. I felt so sick, and my chest felt like really heavy and crushed if that makes sense - just like under my boobs....
Hubby is working away all this week (and next!) so I was being extra miserable - I'm so bad at being poorly!

Woke this morning to a massive wave of nausea, put my temp onto my app on my phone and noticed my temps have been up for a few days now - anyone any ideas what this is meant to mean?
Then went to rummage through the medicine drawer, see if we had anything I could take to make me feel any better. Came across an old pg test (still in date!) so decided to pee on it, just to be sure. Still a BFN. I do make myself laugh, I cant resist once I get one in my hand! lol

At work now, on my break, but still feeling quite yucky....
