oooh..and one other foodie question..if I make a pie type affair with leftover roast chicken (which has obv been cooked once already and will be heated up again), can I freeze any leftovers or is that too much heating up/cooling down..?

Aye..I would do a pie but by the time I get home (7.30ish), the last thing I'll want to do is either make pastry or go out and buy it...I'll chuck some spice in it of some kind...maybe a bit of garlic too...reckon it'll be ok :D
Oooo yeah garlic and touch of parsley should do the trick:)

I'm not sure..I use the rule of only re-heat the once..ie left over roast chicken(1st cooking) used in a curry(2nd cooking) has to be eaten coz I wouldn't chance re-heating a 2nd time(but 3rd time it's been cooked since it raw state):) HTH and hope it makes sense..I'm a bit garbled of late:o:p

    Evening chatty ladies :)

Hope you are all well and had a good day. Many thanks for the sorrys for AF and the good lucks for the interview. That's really nice.

I always hate the first 2 days of AF - heavy and generally urgh! CD2 for me so things are moving on!

Well, I think the interview went well. Despite having to get up at 5am. What a shock when I've been out of work for 2 months lol. Anyway, pls keep your fingers crossed and I should have an answer by the end of the week.

Welcome to the Newbies. Feel free to ask any questions - we've all been there! Sorry, in the bath at the mo and can't remember all you'd chatty lot details. Except MV and Tinks sex life lol.

Hugs and kisses and sticky baby dust to one and all xxx
