    Hello girls!! :hello:

Don't know if anyone remembers, but I was on this thread for a bit in Oct/Nov last year, then got a new job so gave TTC a break for a few months. We are now back on the TTC wagon (though I've been lurking away the whole time!! :D)
Sooo pleased to see all the BFP's - congratuations to you all :j:j- I hope I'm not too far behind!!
Just a wee question to ask - sorry, it's probs been asked a millions times before - while we were having our TTC break I was still tracking my cycle etc, and haven't had any EWCM at all - does this mean I haven't been ovulating? Is it grapefruit juice that can help this? When should I be drinking it?
We'll defo not be telling anyone that we are preggers until 12 weeks - one of my friends in RL knows we are TTC, but I wouldn't want to tell her before telling my mum, so it will be our (and yours!!) little secret for the first couple of months!!
I'm on CD16 today - last BD will be happening tonight, then I'll need a wee rest for a while lol!! :)
I'd be grateful if I could be put on the testing list for 16th March please? My cycles are normally 28 days so AF will be three days late by then - don't think I could wait any longer if she doesn't turn up!!

  • *peeks around door* hello!

i have been lurking on this thread since august last year and thought it was high time i started posting. i have made myself a new username for the purpose, hope that's not an issue. it's just that i know 'real life' people on other threads on mse, and we're trying to keep our ttc quiet!

i'm 23 and the bf is 25 but we've been together over 5 years. we have been "not preventing" from last august, and we started trying properly in december, so on 4th cycle now of the madness! i don't chart temps or anything but i do keep track of cds, ov days, and symptoms, so i am getting an idea of what is normal for me.

currently on cd 6 and usually ov between cd 19 and 21. luckily (in a way), i get distinct ov pains so it's easy for me to tell. expecting to ov between the 13th and 15th of this month.

well, that's me introduced! i'll sink back into the shadows now. oh, but huge congrats to those most recent bfps! it's daft but i feel like i've got to know certain people just through their posts on here. :o

Thanks Ladies - that's kind of you :)

All go for me this week. Enrolled myself a job hunting skills course for tomorrow. So another early start!!

So who's next to get a BFP??? Who's gonna get the first BFP if March?? I predict we will have 7 this month :)

7! That'll be nearly all of us won't it?

I must stop googling. I keep looking up stuff as to why I'm late. Can you get PCOS later in life? I don't have a thyroid problem. I'm not stressed. Sorry, I know I keep going on, but it's scary. I guess if I have a late period or skip one and it happens again I won't be so worried. But it's my first time. Am trying to relax as I'm probably making things worse.

@deleigha - hi! I'm new so don't remember. I'm sure I read that not everyone gets EWCM. I think you'd be better off charting to see if you're ovulating.

@Sammy - keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Off to watch Glee now :D

Hi Panda, I also made a new username - although I screwed up once an posted as my normal username, but people in RL know that username, so don't want them seeing me posting on here :o

PIE UPDATE: it turned out very well...bunged in some curry powder too, which sounds weird but really works in creamy sauces :D

My bet is at least one of mc'er will get a BFP in March - not me obviously unless it is with someone other than OH:rotfl:

Not me either, unless its the second coming of Jesus.

giz, I know its easier said than done but try not to worry. Sometimes you just have a longer cycle than normal for some reason. I had a random 43 day cycle (normally 29 days) last month and it almost drove me crazy. Google is NOT your friend. Step away and let your body do as it will. Obviously if it continues for a while, then you should see your doctor.

    Good luck Sammy.

Dont they say that you are quite fertile after a MC?

I wonder how true that is?

    Hi panda345, princessk1 & daleigha! :hello:
Not everyone gets ewcm, so I wouldn't worry. Just dtd every other day:D
There's a thing called Preseed which is supposed to help. I've never used it though.

Glad your AF arrived Lemon Tree, fingers crossed for the end of the month:)

Metranil Vavin, there's only one way to find out...:D
