Are you making it yourself Spud or from a recipe?
If you were havinga green day, you could have it as free and the tuna as a HE. Add pasta, onion, canned toms, garlic etc with tuna and sprinkle with cheese and use that as HE or as syns.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

Well, I have a packet sauce mix in the cupboard. Usually add tuna, mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn etc then cheese on top. not really, but just as easy to make without. Read the package and see how much fat is in it, calories etc then decide. You could make it like I said and have it as FREE! Whoop!
