Popped into work this morning to hand in sick note-2 people have handed in notice from the one team (of 3!) and I'm off for 2 weeks-the place is going doooooooown.

DH and I watched 'run Fat Boy Run' just whilst munching on a load of fruit.

Feeling mucho betterio but still having 'issues'-back to Dr tomorrow...

  • Are you making it yourself Spud or from a recipe?

If you were havinga green day, you could have it as free and the tuna as a HE. Add pasta, onion, canned toms, garlic etc with tuna and sprinkle with cheese and use that as HE or as syns.

Well, I have a packet sauce mix in the cupboard. Usually add tuna, mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn etc then cheese on top. I guess the packet sauce mix is bad innit :o

unless you have earnt over £1500 a month, i can't see that you would have to repay it yet.
