    Found it. I googled syns tuna pasta bake mix et voila. 7.5 syns. Not bad between the 3 of us plus a leftover meal tomorrow ;)

    I think so Claire, it works for us as a family. We're all doing it, We dont ever feel hungry, and still have the occasional treat. I did it a few years ago, and lost around 3 stone, but stopped and put it back on. This is our 4th week, and it's going well so far :D

    Claire-I have done SW in the past and found it extremely easy-just started again yesterday as Dr won't allow the diet I was on *sigh*
