Question though - do any of you have a memory foam mattress or one with a memory foam topper on it? I've heard mixed reviews about them - I've heard that you can get very hot on them because of the nature of the moulding to your body thing? Is it worth buying one, or should I just stick to a pocket sprung mattress?

I've got a part foam, part memory foam mattress and it's the most comfy thing, only problem is you can't right on the edge of the bed as it squigges(?) down so much. Find now that if I sleep anywhere else (holiday or visiting family) that I find all the beds lumpy!

    mine really!

It's from a book and makes a model Viking Village and it has taken HOURS and HOURS and I have two longships and a cart to put together yet. I have started on the longships

It will go into my classroom to inspire my class who will make their houses from nets of cuboids and prisms (maths/DT link);)

They've already started their bases...tempted though I am to link to the school website I have pictures of work-in-progress on there, I won't...might show some pics of what they do when they have finished as I will take photos all the way through to go in the booklets they will put together on the topic.
