I have really enjoyed this list. Lots of things I meand to do so now I have. My house is pretty clean but this has made it much simpler, great for someone like me with MS. Usually I am runinng about always thinking Imust get this done. The list helps as you think 'no Ill do it tommorow' when its on the list and concentrate on doing one room properly (I am a dab hand at half done jobs):rotfl:So thanks Pigpen, toots and everyone
Brodie1
I'll second that brodie1, I have no other excuse other than being crap at housework, or rather it's my least favourite thing, so this has been really good for me too.
Although I think my mum thinks I've gone slightly mad as when I took her shopping today she mentioned that she had washed her bathroom floor last night, I said I had washed mine too yesterday. 'How funny' she said 'what made you do it yesterday as well?' My response 'The list told me to!' :rotfl:0 -
Shopping done. Have broken a nail so am trying to glue it back on
I'm not sure what time my friend is arriving tonight, so my plan is:
hoover upstairs
make sure spare room is acceptable
clean bathroom
make my bed
light fire
tidy kitchen
start supper
... it looks so easy like that:D
see you later...0 -

You cant get rid of me that easily!
Honestly though, it's a lovely walk and one I have been doing regularly for the last 30 years, so not very likely to get lost really. Anyway, Im back now and ought to get flying at least with the dinner as DH will be home soon and will want feeding I expect. And so do I after all that walking!

Just in from work - DH has rung Barclays, basically they are finding a knew company to take over the training as they have a 'big pot' of money from access2trade. If they can't we could get rest of loan back under the consumer credit act of 1974, so I've read up today. So that's a releif as it wasn't just the money (though it was a BIG factor) but also the amount of studying/work DH has already done.

Cyclingyorkie That is fantastic news.
I too, know a few people with M.E. and also Lymes (which I'm recovering from) and I know just what a supreme achievement that your daughter has made.:T
This has put a huge smile on my face.... for you all. xxxxxx
Right, I bought a car today, I went for cheap (ish) and cheerful, adequate for my needs and its bought and paid for, no debt, no finance, nothing else to pay out for it. Basically my ebaying profits will pay for it when I can transfer them from paypal, I used a bit of my overdraft in the meantime.
I got a automatic Nissan Micra with very low mileage.:D So whilst I'd have loved all those super duper new people carriers I kept practical and responsible. Its MOTd until 2011 and taxed for 6 months. Supposedly good on petrol too, I'll test that out over the next few days.:D
I need to sell my old car now so will get a service done on it and bung it on ebay I think.
Very tired today, had a very late visit last night and didn't get home until after 9pm.
Glad its friday, need to get my bum in gear and get some flying done but having a rest first.
Piggers....sorry about DD1's friend, so very sad. xxx

I am, as it goesI'm usually supportive of changes made on this site, but this one is nuts. Has anyone really ever been offended by a smilie
Please say, as I've been told recently that I over use them, and have offended people (well one person
) in so doing

Dusty, will the money you make on this make it worth your while, over, for instance, Freecycle?
We got a lot done this morning so I took DD to the cinema (It's Complicated, with Meryl Streep - very funny :rotfl: )

Upstairs done (bar making my bed, which is the last bit.
Going to put the hoover away, hang out the washing, move the dehumidifier, make up the sofabed and put it away (I need to store the duvet in it when the spare bed is made up.
Hopefully I've got another half an hour to get things straight... I might even have time to go over the lists and see what I've done!:p0 -
