Nice factual response Daddybear, and not a hint of a personal attack. Well done.0

you really do have delusions of grandure.
Reality check. You live in a 3 bed terrace in Aberdeen, and clearly have no life outside your 'job' and this forum.

I notice a number of other prominent bulls have also stopped posting recently.
Bateman, SpivT and Mammon haven't posted since 18th January.
Also, although he's never been a frequent poster, Sibley hasn't posted since Jan 4th.
I guess the bulls are a constant reminder of how HPC got it so wrong. If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -

Not quite sure how they got it so wrong. The prediction was that HPI would cause a financial crisis. They just got the endpoint wrong. Instead of massive house price drops (which would have happened were it not for targeted government policy and deliberate currency devaluation) we got economic depression.
If Broon & co hadn't sold out future generations to protect the banks then 70% off wouldnt have been too far off.0 -

Anyway....
Seeing so many people on HPC wallow in self-agreement was half the reason I started posting some opposing views. It was becoming unhealthy. If even moderate bullishness is no longer acceptable on HPC, I guess it's not a forum worth bothering with any more.
I was banned at the same time as Hamish, you're in very good company :rotfl:
That Banner loon is a troubled man, he thought I was a reincarnation of another poster that disagreed with him because obviously two separate individuals couldn't possibly disagree with him.
The mods on there aren't too hot technically either, one of them cited my logging on from home, parents, g/f and holiday let residential ip addresses and a work address (over 4 months) as suspicious. I should get out less.
The no warning, notice or explanation is what passes for Fubra (owners of the site) etiquette.
This is amusing:
