Yup - I bet looking at the Nationwide's latest house price announcement (http://www.nationwide.co.uk/hpi/historical/Jan_2010.pdf) that house prices are up 10.6% since February 2009, I am sure the wise men at HPC are congratulating themselves on just how completely, utterly, and fantastically they have got their house price predictions wrong
:rotfl:
If anyone should be moving on - it's the frequent posters on HPC.
Has anyone else noticed just how many of the bears have disappeared from this particular board too. I wonder why ???
Run away !! Run awy !!!0 -

I didn't start this thread, I merely commented on it. Am I now forbidden from discussing HPC?
You on the other hand, have a clear obsession about my comments. Almost stalker like...... I do hope you're not this obsessed with people in real life.
Your fear and desperation are clear, when you have to resort to obsessive trolling of me to try and distract from the truth.
You've had your crash.
It's over.
You really need to just accept it and move on.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

Banned from that joke site HPC, best thing that could happen to you'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0

To be honest, I don't think I would ever even post on it. The joy that the contributers took from watching people lose their homes and jobs during the height of the recession was truly sickening.
As Karl (or was it Graucho ?) Marx once said, I don't care to belong to a club that accepts people like me as members

Indeed.
If I had any urge to troll over there I'd simply create new accounts and run rings around the muppets.
But why should I increase their site traffic and revenue. The place is dying. There is no debate without opposing views, and they ban all the bulls that can actually debate.
My case has proven conclusively by the indices rising every month, and even more conclusively by the hpc trolls that come over here just to attack those of us who were right.
I'm quite content to sit back with some popcorn & a nice glass of Schadenfreud and watch the carnage unfold from over here.:rotfl:“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

I'm not obsessed with the HPC site by any means but it's a cracking source of comedy and for that reason I have a skim through a few times a week. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

That's not what your quote says at all.0 -
Lol...funny HPC is still banning all "bulls" because of trolling. I call that denial phase..oh wait...may be that's capitulation0

Some bulls aren't happy...This is the kind of thing that gets me about this site.
The fact is that house prices are on track for a double digit year-on-year increase and you have people who not only claim that the market has only stagnated but hurl insults at anyone who dares suggest otherwise.
Plus ca change.
Despite the reality that we are heading for double digit inflation again, this is the first reply...and do you know what gets me about this site?
unsubstantiated drivvel ,like that highlighted.
Not even the most bullish VI's are suggesting this.
What a joke that place has become.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
