I have no opponents here just people who I like to debate with and read their posts and that goes for all sides of the debate and then there is you who cannot help yourself with persistent snide comments, digs and rudeness. You see everything in very black and white terms. People are either with you or against you and if they disagree then you will treat them like dirt and cry when they have a go back.

Yes I pitched in to make the same point I made before because you are trotting out the same old lies as if they are fact.

To put some perspective to this. You were not banned for having a differing opinion to the mainstream. To quote.

By giving bulls "troll status", the HPC mods try to influence the opinions of newbies or guests, and shut down any positivity about the housing market.

I have no idea why they bother, as a fringe extremist site has no impact on the housing market anyway, but the desperation sets in with them every time prices rise and the bulls are proved right.

It's no coincidence that the group of us bulls who were all banned at the same time, were only banned when prices were firmly established as rising.

Show me a single bear who has been banned for trolling on hpc in the last 2 years. Just one will do. Or take your obsessive trolling elsewhere.

I haven't seen Jonny Davis bellowing on the telly recently. When the correction was underway - he seemed to have been on everyday roaring that we were all doomed !!!! I think he was on a late night radio show on R5 a few months back, but he (like all the other bears) has lost all credibility now after a year of solid price rises

As I said, and have backed up with evidence - something you would do well to consider with your posts - you were banned for persistent trolling and rudeness. Others may or may not have been banned for being bulls - I made no claim on that and you are trying to answer the point you wished had been posed rather than the one that actually was.

Whatever the case about HPC banning bulls for being bulls one thing is for certain you were not banned for being a bull but for being a rude, ignorant, persistent troll and every time you choose to blatantly lie about it Hamish I will correct it because, whatever side of the debate, I just cannot that sort of thing.

As for the rest of your post, it is classic Hamish, you just really cannot help yourself. You really cannot. I will not dignify your gormless bile with a response.

This doesn't reflect badly on Hamish though does it?

They can't handle being wrong, and so resort to ad hominems.

The fact is that hpc is a discredited site. Their ideas have been proven decisively wrong by events.

They can't handle reality, and so ban all dissenting voices.

And the desperation of posters like spartacus to defend them by attacking others only proves the fear is setting in.

Well it explains their reason for banning him was not as he claims, being banned for being a bull. I don't know about Turnbull, or others and they have to deal with that.

Hamish may try to start discussions but they quickly descend into petty namecalling and needless personal attacks. The endless backbiting and namecalling they are referring to comes from Hamish usually when people fail to agree with him. His ban was merited on HPC. He is not a victim there in spite of how he may try to spin it here. Quite frankly he really needs to get over HPC and move on with his life. They banned him and are probably laughing at him now.

Hamish, you can dress it up any way you like. You have an aversion to the truth. I am not defending them just pointing out that your version of events as to how your ban came about is pretty far from correct. HPC.co.uk certainly seems to have made the wrong call so far but we are not out of the woods yet.

They may now ban dissenting voices but you were banned well before that and deservedly so. Stop painting yourself as a victim. You are not.

If the site is discredited why do you still obsess over it. I am curious ?

Start a topic on HPC politely asking how many bulls have been banned this month. See how long it lasts ~ and whether you are able to make a second post.

Then you'll understand.
