I cannot imaging how hard it is to wipe the girls bits.

I am currently using wipes and putting them in a nappy sack.

ARe there any make of good quality toilet paper that can stand being used with water like a wipe. What about those velvet brands? I could have a roll of that on the loo just for using with water.
