    If they can match or better other prices why do they insist in selling to most at rip off prices? Thay are no better than any other company out there, they rely on peoples misconception from the days when they were state owned. Today all thay are interested in is the dividend to share holders.

    btw - the office (not the engineers) - On Sunday 24 Jan I booked this quote for 2 Feb. On Tues 26 Jan I got a call from BG suggesting that I book an appointment with someone to fit a new boiler. It doesn't fill me with confidence. Not with engineers, I hasten to add, but the office are appalling.[/QUOTE]
