    Experimented with an oven baked suet crust pastry topping on a chicken pie, it was delicious, good rib-sticking wet weather food

    I made the Norwegian apple cake from mortgage free in threes site it was really good, very different to something I would usually make and had a different texture to the usual cakes.
    I will be making this again.

    Could you remind me of the recipe or link, pls? I still have loads of apples to process and this one sounds different.
