First ever attempt at gingerbread men , they look a bit wonky and my efforts to decorate them made them look a bit scary (unintentionally
) but they have been tested by the husband and pronounced very nice so I'm happy :j 0 -

"Mummy Night In" tonight. :T
6 (usually 8) of us rotate around the houses for a great evening & sumptuious meal. The hostess provides the main, & the rest bring puddings, alcoholic drinks/non alcoholic drinks, cheese/biscuits, nibbles, starters, coffee/cream/mints. It's an easy night to host...&, MOST importantly full of good friendships & endless laughs. :rotfl:
I can't wait!!

Autumn harvest apple cake
I used British Bramley cooking apples and a pinch of cinnamon.
One big round cake to keep the family happy. The secret to success is making very small, yet constant changes.:)0
