    Just a crusty loaf and a steak pie feel inadequate looking at all your cakes lol

    I have some dough proving at the moment, as I am going to attempt to make "Noon Lavash", a Persian flatbread. A slightly different mix to my normal doughs, as this one contains 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
    I will also roll the dough out very thin, and then brush it with water and sprinkle sesame seeds on just before baking.

    thats it !!!!!!!!!!! Now im deffo inadequate! Thought i was good making a crusty loaf and your making artisan finest lol only joking . Sounds lovely xxx

    Don't feel inadequate, I know a lot of people who can't make cakes let alone bread. You should see my brother attempting to bake. His only attempt at a loaf of bread was truly awful. He didn't knead it or prove it, just mixed and chucked it in the oven - tasted very wrong. :rotfl:

    made a bacon and pepper quiche, a bread and butter pudding, 12 apple and cinnamon swirls and stuck some jacket spuds in too :)
