Got the munchies and baked some fruit scones.

They were delicious with butter although my waistline will suffer for it!

In the oven now, a tray of dog biscuits and a pizza I put together last week. We're looking forward to dinner

Well i made carrot n coriander soup, a spicy chicken parcel from Nigel and Adams farmhouse kitchen (it was lush), a chocolate banoffee pie (no bake) and I've got cheese n bacon savoury muffins in the oven now. Didn't get to make the banana muffins and twinks, will probably do them tomorrow

rhubarb crumbles got 2 bundles in tosspots ys for 5p each so made 3 crumbles , ate one froze 2 ..., tomorrow shall be veg blanching as went a bit mad tonight on ys veg all 5p so freezer will be full and we wont get scurvy xxx

Today i made a Chocolate Banana Loaf, Banana Loaf and a bundt shaped Chocolate Fridge Cake with mini creme eggs piled in the middle, all should have been made over the weekend

I know it's not really baking but I made herb dumplings yesterday and they worked.
