A lemon curd cake and a ginger cake. Both recipes from this site. Both really easy and came out well.

Just put the finishing touches to a delicious-looking Chocolate Cake - sandwiched / topped with Chocolate Fudge Icing and decorated with White/Milk Chocolate Buttons.

D-I-L always says she doesn't like Lemon Drizzle Cake - every family's got one ;) - hence the Chocolate one for DS1/wifey/her son ................ if it turns out to be 'death by chocolate overload' it ain't MY fault :rotfl:.

2 Lemon Drizzle Cakes going in shortly for DS2's / DD's families.

Did something similar to yours today, Yorksire puds - FlorenceEM - do you separate the egg and whisk the white? Yours look fluffier than mine .

I made Hot cross buns. Didn't put the crosses on so maybe they are teacakes? I used the Paul Hollywood recipe but did the mixing in the breadmaker. It made 16. They were very tasty.

I haven't baked anything but I've been trawling through this site for ideas and then I went to asda to get ingredients so I can bake tomorrow. I'm going to attempt cheese n bacon savoury muffins, banana muffins and a chocolate banoffee pie. :)
