I baked a stuffed individual carnival squash with a pasta, chilli cheese and nut stuffing. I don't know if I can count that as proper baking or not though?

have some bread pudding in the oven as i type - it's extra mixed-spicy as the top fell off of the jar as I was tapping it in :D

I did that making spicy scrambled eggs the other day - turned out a wee bit too salty as the mix I was using had salt added

I'm baking a beef and vegetable pie today using up left over beef casserole.

I'll also make some snacks but I haven't decided what yet, I'm going to have a read of the recipes.

What a fantastic batch of hoods you've rustled up there! Do you have links to any of the recipes you've followed? I'm very interested in the Christmas Morning Muffins, Spiced Choccie Cake & the Maple Cheesecake!

Your house sounds like it will be packed full of delicious goods come December 25th! Keep up the good prep work! :T

Oh wow thank you! I've hot her Christmas book sat on the shelf here! Goes to show how often I've looked at it! Probably because I'm always on a diet and well....Nigella recipes are not always for the waist watchers amongst us! I'll certainly be having a browse this afternoon though, Ty!
