What have you baked today?

I baked a stuffed individual carnival squash with a pasta, chilli cheese and nut stuffing. I don't know if I can count that as proper baking or not though?

Some mini tortilla quiches to use up some ham, eggs and a couple of flour tortillas

I did that making spicy scrambled eggs the other day - turned out a wee bit too salty as the mix I was using had salt added :doh:

I'm baking a beef and vegetable pie today using up left over beef casserole.

I'll also make some snacks but I haven't decided what yet, I'm going to have a read of the recipes.

I have made some more buns today to go with soup for lunches. I am going to make a lemon meringue pie as well.

What a fantastic batch of hoods you've rustled up there! Do you have links to any of the recipes you've followed? I'm very interested in the Christmas Morning Muffins, Spiced Choccie Cake & the Maple Cheesecake!

Your house sounds like it will be packed full of delicious goods come December 25th! Keep up the good prep work! :T

Aww thankyou, they are all nigella recipes from her christmas book, im sure if you google them they come up on her website

Oh wow thank you! I've hot her Christmas book sat on the shelf here! Goes to show how often I've looked at it! Probably because I'm always on a diet and well....Nigella recipes are not always for the waist watchers amongst us! I'll certainly be having a browse this afternoon though, Ty! :beer:
