I have a question about Egg Card.
I recently amended a Direct Debit from my Santander account to the Egg card, but somewhere in the transaction, the Direct Debit was deleted and therefore, Egg Card has charged me for an unpaid DD that I was unaware of.
Can I claim this back and if so, how?

Just ring them up and say that you were trying to set a DD up and something went wrong, if you speak to them in a nice tone they might just let you off, more so if you offter to set the DD up with them on the phone.0
