I was browsing some news sites from my home land while munching lunch. This is picture from the town/city where I lived 10 years ago"Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

Just wanted to say (to newbies in particular as I'm not into lessons in egg sucking). When I started cutting down a year ago I was very restless on AF nights. I was pacing about, thinking about how much I missed my wine and had to have a glass of something in my hand. A year on, while I wouldn't say it's eeeeasy, I'm in a far better mindset. Once I've decided on an AF night I am very unlikely to change my mind and break my rule of not drinking on bogstandard evenings at home. I have some water with my meal and maybe one soft drink mid-evening and sometimes hot choc before bed. That's a very rambly way of saying even if AF nights seem very hard at first, stick with it, it does get better over time!
Oh and MissP, I'm really fancying corned beef (is it low cal:D?) I haven't had any in ages. I just had a fish finger sandwich with tartare sauce Yum! And jo, your lunch sounded gross in so many ways, not least the idea of quiche with gravy:(
