    Thats true!

Also, it does get easier as time goes on. I find I'm terrible for the first couple of weeks and then it does start getting a lot easier. Just goes to show what a grip alcohol has on us!

thank you BHB! to be honest it's harder than I thought, i live on my own so I tend to drink to pass the night ( how sad do I sound?) but even when i lived with my ex we both drank every night almost which in it's way is sadder... got invited out to a pub quiz last night but said no because I'm not ready to tell people I'm not drinking yet.. anyways onwards and upwards, me and a friend joined SW last night so i have an excuse for not drinking, the empty CALORIES:T anyways must go to work I'll pop back later, thanks for the support from you's lot!

lamasri - you've almost described my life - and worry about yourself more than others - we've all a lot of excuses initially as to why we didnt want to drink - but don't put yourself there until you're more comfy.

Very proud of you we all know how hard the first few AF days can be.

Morning molls - and anyone else I'm dashing through the snow (no sleighs) to go to work - one child off, one at school - there was almost a riot in my house this morning - whoops.

SUpposed to away at the weekend - UM not sure about that yet - still got blizzards and had thunder and lightening last night

Tired and sore from bodybalance.......:) will update in a bit :)

Remember - be proud of your faffing - we're certainly a unique bunch.

Oh and Decemberbaby - (I think its you who has looked into some councelling if its not I'm sorry - dashing just now) wanted to say to you you might want to have a look at the book 'Living Sober' - until you can get some councelling - its about £6 and well worth every penny. Easy to dip into and out of and its helping me hugely

    (Thanks RA!)
Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:

easy tiger, don't mess with the stripes - I'm a work in progress remember - eventually they will look like stripes............or some kind of random psycadelic (SP?) migrane :D
