    * My skin is clearer
    * I'm sleeping like a log (when poorly piglet lets me **rolls eyes**)
    * Despite it being a 6 week month, I still have money in my bank! (not a lot but much better than I would normally have expected it to be!)
    * I've not had a single argument with OH - in fact, we're getting on rather well!
    * I'm generally more placid.

    Makes me wonder why I ever drink in the first place?? I hope it continues.

    I've changed my siggy to include a FAFF

    Fantastic Alcohol Free Feb

    or

    Fabulous Alcohol Free Feb

    Either way bring on the faffing month! Fantastic day 1 nearly over and done with successfully with only a minor craving which will be dealt with when I make tea and have huge glass of pop - send it flying away from me at high speed!

    FAFF's sake! - what to do hmm....! Here is an AFD countdown for Feb

    Day 1 24hrs
    Day 2 48hrs
    Day 3 72 hrs
    Day 4 96hrs
    Day 5 120hrs (weekday FAFFs)
    Day 6 144hrs
    Day 7 168hrs (full monty FAFFs)

    168x4 = 672hrs for a Full FAFF!

    18hrs and 15mins in so far - quite a few left to go!

    Better go and make some tea before I bore you all to tears!

  • well since my weekend didnt go as planned I would like to sign up for 24 FAFF days please. alcohol one day per week only for the next 4 weeks.

    I have nothing drinkable in the house, I have no naughty nibbles so I am hoping this will be the kick start my diet needs.

    reading through Miss Piggy's list of things that improved for her, I am feeling very disappointed with myself as I have had lots of rows with my bf the last couple of weeks and I have been drinking a bit too much, more than normal. Wondering if there is a link..... :o

    bf was meant to be on an alcohol free January with me but we both struggled, although him more than me. I identified that I was fine as long as I was with him - I do most of my drinking when I am with him....hmm what does that say about us? :eek:

    I will carry on on my own though. if he isnt going to support me then balls to him! :mad: :D

  • Hi everyone. Thanks to HB for that fab scoring during January. It's really helped me. Fay I'm reporting in with 1/28 and happy to be FAFFING in February. Feel great today and getting to grips with my Paul McKenna weight loss system. Just been reading about the big get together - can I come please? Would be great to meet up with everyone if I'm free on the weekend you choose. Have a lovely evening everyone xx
