I'm venturing the land of UK late March/Early april just getting kids flights sorted so can let you knwo those dates if that suits?

I can fly/Ferry to Ed - then train/fly it down to London then?

Otherwise I'm not off again until July - when we're off to Canada........

Hello!!!

It has been running day for me and feeling great. As I am doing this running programme where I have voice on my MP3 player telling me when to run and when to walk I was running not knowing if it was supposed to be 90 seconds run or 3 minutes run and then after what felt like 10 minutes me jogging along waiting for the voice to allow me to walk I checked my player and the battery had gone flat. Ooops. I think I did finish the required amount of running thou.


Can you please pause all the food talk as I was too busy to eat lunch and now have had second breakfast (it was quick) and still starving.
