Hi Marru. Yes - you absolutely must buy I Can Make You Thin - it's a book and CD and it's fabulous, real life changing stuff. I can't recommend it enough. I've been a fan of Paul McKenna's for a long time - I can also recommend Change Your Life in 7 Days, that's one of my favourite all time books.Sober October = 0 alcohol free days
