Yes Budgie a better day today thankyou. Got a few things into perspetive.

A question for the giver uppers. Did you find a lot of your old 'friends' fell by the wayside? I am finding that now the alcohol blinkers are off I am seeing some people in a new and not necesarily flattering light. (I'm sure it's a mutual thing!)Any tips for this?

Pbt glad you are feeling a little better, re: the drinking friends to be honest, I only drink at home. None of my friends are drinkers and they would be very suprised to find out that I post on an af thread. Well more shocked ...........................
