Maman - Sorry to read about your S-I-L :(

Marru - Good_luck.gif with the job app :)
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Oh Miss P I do sympathise - I too am driven mad constantly when things like that happen in our house. Good for you for reaching for your book instead of something else. Marru - I'm intrigued - will you apply for that ideal job even though it's so far away? Will you move if you get it?

Hello Miss P really sorry to hear about your chum - we're all guilty of not seeing our pals xxxI hope you manage to pop a note through today.

Silly suggestion here - we've always a spare loaf/2ltrs milk in the freezer - if you've a tiny freezer get a half a loaf and a peedie thing of milk maybe?

(I'm not superorganised) I just always buy reduced bread and milk and we've always some in the freezer - instant solution to bread issues

OK - confession here when I last counted I had 30ish ltrs of milk and 27 loaves of bread in the big freezer but its the same priciple with less obsessing :)

Well done on reading about anger - may I need a re-read of that chapter??????????????So glad you've got the book.

Marru goodluck - is this the job you mentioned a while back?
Lurks well done on the AFD's............................

Jo I hope you're good today - no cake in your honour - just lots of bubbles (bath bubbles)

I'm tired - not sleeping great - kids back today though - hurray - the last bit on my own (ish - I do have you guys!) has been better than I thought.

I'm dreading the weekend - I usually find it hard not to drink on a Fri/Sat or Sun - its like I think I've earned it or something.
OK - so I earn spending money on wine and drink it then feel paranoid and angry the next day - nice thing to earn eh?SO to drink for an hour (the length an average bottle of wine lasts me) to make me feel terrible for the whole next day mentally (not physically - I don't get hangovers) its really not worth it is it? I keep needing to focus on that bit.

Its a habit I need to change - just not sure how to yet - ??????? It's hard to change a routine which is focussed on being at home. (Home is of course where I normally drink)

No alcohol been in the new house yet - I'm trying to make it an AF house generally (I guess I can't stop other people)

The lighter nights are helping though

    Ramble central

Glad everyone is about - Miss P its OK to ramble on about toast.......:)

As Dougal in Magic Roundabout would say (as Florence bursts in to tell him someone has stolen the flowers in the magic garden)..............

    Dougal: Morning Florence......tea? toast?
Florence: Dougal, Dougal no - there's no time - something terrible has happenned - there's no time for toast......!!!!!
Dougal: No time for toast - NOTHING is that serious

    :)

Got most of the bits now for my new place. Bought a fridge on Ebay for £16!! :j

Pmsl at the Magic Roundabout....actually just rang my Mum and told her that one (had already rung and winged at her about selfish Oh!!)

I know where you're coming from about the drinking at home thing. I find it very hard to watch a tv programme without a glass of wine in my hand. I find it hard to cook a big dinner without cracking open a bottle. Like you say, changing habits is hard. You were doing crocheting? Couldn't you do some of that? Or just keep texting people - its very hard to text when you are half cut!

    Miss P
