Hi Jo,
Was it you who made Nasi Goreng a while back?
I tried some from aldi yesterday and it was pretty good so I'd like
to make my own. Would you have a recipe?
Db x0 -
Yeah, I have used one off the internet which was pretty good, let me look...

Can't find the one I've used at the moment, but this looks quite close to it. I would also buy some kecap manis (which is Indonesian soy sauce, Mr T's sells it) to drizzle on top.
Last time I made it, I bought a Nasi Goreng paste from Mr T's (their 'worldly' food is expanding!) and it had the directions on the side, all I needed to go with that was the kecap manis. They also sell a box kit for 2 which includes everything you need including the rice, just got to add the meat, veg and egg on top, dunno if your store sells it?

DB, if you can't get the paste, let me know and I'll pick you one up and send it to you if you like? xDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0

It looks like we are all at a similar stage in changing our thinking regarding drinking alcohol. We don't need it and it don't want it now - so what is the problem for us?
One the one hand we have conditioned ourselves over the years into thinking and believing the thoughts that alcohol will make us feel better, act better and use our time better.
On the other hand we have now started to think and believe that it will not do any of these things we previously believed. Alcohol has a clever advertising campaign that is overwhelming in its temptation
Can we overcome it?
I believe I can because of the changes in how I feel now my drinking has stopped and most of all the changes in my thoughts and how I now realise it isn't stupid or daft to not drink alcohol.
Keeping myself busy has helped me and treating myself in different ways - some chocolate, a biscuit or some nice pop to drink. All allowed at the moment.
The exercise I have started doing has made a big difference to how I feel. It has kept me busy and occupied after work and there is no way I am going to spoil that feeling with toxic alcohol
I'm not preaching to you I just wanted to explain how I felt and how I have moved away from these feelings which feel like they pull you apart at time and they felt like they tortured my mind - not anymorefinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
