What's the appropriate way to eat a chocolate bunny, do you think? Ears first? Smash it in & then just eat bits, a la an Easter Egg? Oh it's a bears life sometimes... :rotfl:

Dear budgie - this plan worked like a dream for me. I have been busy in a good way all day and done my 2 stints of exercise and I feel great now. My mind is in a better frame of mind than yesterday and I believe this plan has helped

Just sat down with a cuppa and easter egg - plus have a bunny to eat too and I wondered how to eat it - smash like an egg I reckon

Anyway off for a bath, then some tea and then devise a list for tomorrow and an exercise plan for the week ahead :T

Oh and I have turned a year older, and gained weight  So I shall have to be good for our very own summer reunion, ok meet up but you know what I mean ;)

Ps Fedup hugs hunny, but if you need to smash the bunny, please do it gently :) (I have the same dilemma when eating a jelly baby) ;) Oh and I love what you are doing at the moment, but Dear JO's take on your planned day did make me smile too. (She always does though bless her). (()) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ouch! I don't think I can eat a chocolate bunny ever again after that. :rotfl: We have had lovely day, BF's whole family was here we had delicious lunch with AF beverages and lush puddings (yes plural). DD got lots and lots of choccies (which I am regulating) and we managed to have a little easter egg hunt as well.

I think we are all pretty tired. But no rest for the wicked as it is early rise for us tomorrow morning to get to Blackpool to see if we can catch up with my brother. He is visiting there with his son for the junior dance festival. I don't even know if we are going to be able to get tickets to go and see the competition.

I am not on either of the lists :(. I did manage the 96 hours and also am now on day 4 please!

    Evening all!

How lovely it is to have our dear Budgie back!:) We have really missed you, you know.

I went on a bike ride today! Don't all laugh! My stepson really wanted to go on a ride but step-daughter was being typically hormonal and didn't want to be detatched from her mobile phone for that length of time;) so I very stupidly offered to go with him. My GOD I'm unfit. Halfway round I thought I was dying (but couldn't let HIM see that obviously!:p). And now my bum is very numb!!

Bells tolling AGAIN tonight. Will read some more of Living sober, eat some nice food and have a bath. Am getting a lot out of the book, I have to say. Lots of things ringing true for me. Bit of an eye-opener. One chapter mentions how we let ourselves go. Thats so true...I looked in the mirror after reading that and realised how very, very true it is. I will do something about it....small steps.

Anyway...off to throw the onion rings in the oven for tea:drool:, catch you all later!

    Miss P
    xx
