    Morning all!

    How are we all doing?

Piggy household still AF!!:j And I just don't fancy a drink at all! Got to be good eh?

On the bad side, the diet seems to have taken a back seat. My head seems so full of things lately that I don't have the energy to concentrate on calorie counting. However, no weight has gone on so will try and maintain that.

My bank account is definately seeing the benefit of me not drinking. I have money in my purse (whereas before I'd be counting up the change to see if I had enough for a cheap bottle of wine) and my budgeting is working much better.

Also, I've made less rash decisions. Guess we've all been there, agreeing to things when we're half cut which, in the cold light of day, aren't great decisions.

Sorry to pop on so infrequently and then ramble when I do but I'm feeling really enlightened lately. As some of you may remember, after a heavy drinking session some months ago which then caused me to be hideous to my husband, I stopped drinking for a couple of months. Hope I'm not putting a curse on myself, but this time feels so much different. Last time I was CONSTANTLY thinking about drink. This time I'm hardly thinking about it at all - it just doesn't play a part in my life at the moment.

    See, rambling again!!!:o Sorry!

    Miss P
    xx

some of what you say rings so true to me i remember trying to find money to buy a bottle of wine.hope everything goes well for on the drinking

    Evening all!

Twice in one day...a record for me lately!:rotfl:OH putting Piglet to bed so I've some free time as I finished work early :T

Sparkles and Marru - hope you both are feeling bit better soon. So many bugs flying about lately.

GC - thanks for the kind words. You know I always respect your opinion. I certainly hope to carry this on. I have a short break coming up which I intend to be AF and I have just spent my 6th Wedding anniversary at the weekend sober....the first time ever...:o

PBT , holliegarson, castri - thank you

Just finished a book (one of those you can't put down!) so tonight think I may do some sewing. Spent some time this morning in my new little greenhouse (nothing fancy - one of those plastic jobbies!) potting up geraniums and planting seeds. Stepdaughters bedroom has now been turned into a temporary plant nursery!:rotfl:. Piglet has told me he wants to grow strawberries and tomatos....could be interesting!:rotfl:

Sounds like loads of bugs going around and I've succumbed....sucking a strepsils as we speak. Maybe thats why i felt so poo yesterday. Anyway...........

    8 MADs for me please.
