    Hello,

I was on my way home, really happy, pleased with myself, with lots to look forward to. One letter received and I thought a) I need a drink, b) I am better off dead, c) my BF should dump me d) you get the idea BUT I thought then what is the worst that can happen and actually the worst is that I destroy everything valuable to me by allowing myself to spiral into dark hole mentally and physically. SO house IS AF, I WILL study tonight, I WILL go for my run tomorrow, my BF MIGHT dump me when he finds out that I AM going to buy that expensive running watch but it is very important to me and I just need to get that across to him.

MAD as I am Shaggy it is 3 for me please.

PS this weekend I also need to deal with ex again as he is due to take DD out, can I have some hand holding please
