    Hello,

    Safely home and house AF despite popping into the shop on the way back home :D So this completes for me FAFF challenge as I am off for the weekend tomorrow and know won't be a) tempted, b) get a chance to drink. I declare 28 please Fay despite suffering from serious bout of HALT. Will get the H sorted as soon as DD in bed and have a plan of action for the rest as well. :A

    evening all this might sounds silly i doing well on not drinking but half way through the day i go on a eatting binge i didnt do that before does anybody else gets this or is it just me.
