I think there's a whole worrying world out there that I'm probably better off not knowing about! :D

Anyhoo, I am happy to report that I didn't give in to the wine craving so that's 4 FAFFITY FAFFS for me :j

Have had a strange taste in my mouth the last few days; am utterly on top of teeth brushing, flossing etc so I think it may be FAFFing related - any ideas, anyone? *shrug*

Jo and HB hope it will get better for both of you.

I have been having fun mapping my running routes :D Got one 3.66 miler (which I am not going to tackle in few weeks yet), one 1 mile loop and one for hill training (my 1 mile includes the hill in question  so I will be traipsing it up and down plenty) Have been working on my training schedule and perhaps in few weeks will present it in running thread for [STRIKE]trashing[/STRIKE] approval.

Next week serious studying will start for me so if you see me here please shout and chase me away. Ta!

Fay can I have 24 please!! Only one danger zone day to go before I am home dry for this month.
