Quiet again on here today - busy Saturday for everyone today then
Bells have rung for me, I just ignored them and told them to go away as I wasn't drinking!
No temptation to drink alcohol, plus the migrane symptoms are starting again as another reminder not to!

Hey chaps - I hope you're all good
We've had a stressful day here - broken down with campervan on a REALLY busy road - police cars and everything
Got to go and sort tea now finally home!
I hope you are all great - will try and catch up later on and see how you all are.
I think I need a lie down, the campervans alternator stopped workiing and the battery and van slowly died...........scary stuff - all ok due to the AA and of course OH in the car behind who was following us incase the tempermental van was being silly - thank goodness
To all Caffers and Faffers - I hope you have a great night and I'll post an update tomorrowhugs chaps!

Morning!
Had a great nights sleep - hoping the sleep pattern maintains like this and woke up feeling ok this morning!
Enjoyed the unhungovered feeling this morning a lot - I forgot how it felt - even though I have experienced it before it was a nice surprise this morning.

ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0
