What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

It is in some ways & it is scary....but my life has been a rollercoaster since May08 & last night. was another shock to add to a long list...but its happening to a lot of people & so we just have to get our act together & see what we can do.

I hate working for other people & being let down....so maybe its time & opportunity to set up something on our own.

Had a bad night but thats behind me now.

Hope you guys have a great day. x

I woke up at 6am by the alarm feeling like I'd had a skinful last night - didn't as was FAFFing!

Luckily the feeling has passed now! Just tired.

Looking forward to an AF weekend for the first time in a long time so will have to watch out for the triggers tonight.

Better dash as late for work!
