Borrow a friends/neighbours/relatives dog for a few days - we had one for about a week and the cats avoided our garden for months afterwards. might need to borrow her again this spring :)

Maplin has some electronic cat repellant devices on offer last month. I paid £20 from Wilko. Takes 2 pp3 batteries (best buy rechargeable ones)

I have yet to see a recommendation from anyone anywhere that will deter all cats everywhere from krapping in any garden anywhere.
