Thanks Di for your support as always x,
Will try sending info off again to FOS along with Nortons final response.
I dont understand why FOS have sent all the docs back to me that i sent them??!!
and Norton already gave their final response ages ago and the time lapsed is due to FOS saying they could not look at complaint.“most people give up just as they are about to achieve success”If you think you are going through hell keep going - Sir Winston ChurchillIf You Can't Change It, Change the Way You Think About It.SW, 13st5lb, -4 1/2, -1,(12st13.5lbs)0 -

Yes that is strange how they sent the docs back isn't it?
Wonder if they misunderstood something there along the lines?
At least with Barclays the FOS will be able to consider investigating for you, my insurer is Hamilton, so where I could not pursue the broker, even though they dissolved, its now in the queue for the adjudicator against Hamilton.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Anychance, I would get back in touch with FOS as it was THEIR mistake for turning your complaint away in the first place and TELL them that. Its not your fault it is out of time.ANY_CHANCE wrote: »It turns out FOS did receive my recent resubmitted complaint but they sent their reply to completely the wrong address (not even my own one).
Luckily (or unluckily)it was sent to a man in the village who kindly saw it was important info inside and sent it back to FOS.
Anyway they have resent all paperwork back that i sent them and said they have contacted Norton insurance services ltd and said for me to write to them when they have sent their final response.
Norton have sent their final response and said it is now out of the time frame...
Gosh this all make me cross but just have to keep on with it.
So will have to contact FOS again
i am not expecting anything to come from this now but will keep on just in case0 -
Will do,
I will send another covering letter pointing this out
They have been particularly hopeless with this particular PPI claim, all the rest i have been successful with why this one has to be so difficult ....it makes you wonder though??!!!“most people give up just as they are about to achieve success”If you think you are going through hell keep going - Sir Winston ChurchillIf You Can't Change It, Change the Way You Think About It.SW, 13st5lb, -4 1/2, -1,(12st13.5lbs)0 -
