great..........(insert sarcastic smiley) just had an email from ebay to say they think someone had got my password. Second time in as many years. Just had to use the live help to sort it. Much easier this time as the hacker hadn't changed my address to somewhere in China as well as my date of birth and name......no activity had taken place though. Can't see how it happened - I have up to date virus software, don't use a public computer and never answer or click on anything which looks like a phishing email. I know there's some programme out there which scans for dictionary words for passwords, I guess something like that had been used.
I only used ebay this morning to buy something!"Stay Wonky":D

Edit - Ok, according to Wiki, they're the diesel version of sparkplugs.
they're diesel ones, yes. Seems though it means taking apart the manifold and part of the engine first though unfortunately! I said - you must have worked it out last time!!"Stay Wonky":D

hi everyone
Buffy - glad you are feeling better, hopefully you will enjoy your next few nights out and find some talent for :kisses2: (I had to use the smiley I found, sorry).
I'm so nervous about taking out a new mobile phone contract. It should save me money, but they are such a long term commitment - 2yrs these days  so I worry what if we get made redundant etc? I do need to replace the phone as my current one is so many years old that the battery is rubbish. My usage is too high for PAYG, so contract seems sensible. Just too many choices and I can't find the perfect package.
Also must clean fridge today.
Someone on my ebay has asked if they can pay by cheque or postal order as they have had problems with paypal. This is a new one to me - any thoughts?Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -
Katsu you can request that the cheque is sent and cleared before you send the goods!

How much is the item selling for? If it's less than £15, go for it. It costs that much to bounce a cheque in the first place.

Thanks for such a quick reply Linda. It seemed an odd thing to do, to raise that question when the listing ends shortly. I've got other bids and watchers so wonder whether to just stick with those?Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0
