DD2 and I went for a lovely walk along the beach and up the cliffs this morning (only 2.45k so not as much as all you show off runners)

Just getting out in the fresh air for a bit does you the world of good! :j

Roast chicken and all the trimmings later

Mmmmmm, I just got back from a  shop at Morrisons and I got roast chickens, veg to stem, spuds......bu88er, I forgot the Yorkshire puddings

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

BB - Glowplugs? Are they the same as sparkplugs? If so, tell him even I know how to change those. :rotfl:

Edit - Ok, according to Wiki, they're the diesel version of sparkplugs.

That's the best thing about races, you can really carb up guilt free afterwards!

Have you tried the Munchy seeds that Lakeland do, they're gorgeous for snacking on!
