I'm not saying dont do it Pap - I think go for it :)

Sally - you could do it in just over 6 and a half hours in theory but I think you would have to be pretty fit for that (15 minute/miles) - I acutally walk quite a bit faster than that in real life but most people who dont live in central london dont (you get speedy here or you get 'tutted')
  • I survived which is good. My friends are sad and depressed. - me too really. the happy feeling I get lastlesson on a Friday is excellent.

I have work to do (not good) shoudl be ok.

But am out tomorrow night and pretty much the whole of next weekend.

Aaargh, I have two OU courses to crack on with, housework, dozens of dvds to watch, hundreds of books to read, italian to revise.... so why do I keep spending hours playing a stupid facebook game?!

I remember on a couple of my aborted long runs becky I tried to walk at a 15 min mile pace and for my little legs that was quite hard work...worse than running tbh
