I've never done barefoot. I've got new balance shoes. It's just a bit difficult if the tides been a bit different - lots of seaweed or lots of stones. I don't think any shoes are very MSE are they, but at least it's not the gym.

No I've never done bearfoot either - I normally wear Sauconys although my new racing shoes are Nikes...never tried NBs they are supposed to be good

I had my running analysed - I run pigeon toes and on the outside of my feek so NB throw my feet back in. The analysis was really weird. The image kept stopping or something else went wrong. I only went in to buy a pair of shoes and I kept running for about 20 mins. I was really tired! (The guy in the shop was quite fit though!)Debt LBM (08/09) £11,641. DEBT FREE APRIL 2021.
