I found NB really narrow on the foot...

What are NB's Shrug_by_melonhead_emotion.gif Becky those vibrams are like £95, oh my word!

Dare I say it but I have been running in wellies :o Only because I run in a bog and not on road etc. I do have somre really nice Nike running shoes/trainers but because my feet are quite wide I have never worn them. I prefer skater trainers for 'normal' wear. I will have to run in these nike things before June though :D

Pap - I buy mens trainers - much better for wide footies :)

But watch the wellies - they wont be absorbing impact in the same way trainers do...best to switch as soon as the ground is drier (dont worry you can wash trainers or just wear them filthily like I do ;))

Edit: sorry NW = new balance - its just a make of running shoes :)

I know they must be pretty heavy actually ;):D

Anything you put at the end of a lever (like on your foot or in your hand) essentially weighs a lot more too...thats why racing shoes work so well because they reduce the weight you have to swing through the running motion :D
