For me its 4 and a hours of running (to be less than 4 in April) - thats a LOT - all marathon runners will tell you 'respect the distance'!

Totally agree Becky...nothing prepares you for running 26.2 miles...well ok training prepares you but you have no idea mentally how tough it is. In fact Im not sure I could walk it, thats about 8 hours of walking I guess *insert confused smiley here!*I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. The difference being I could walk miles and it doesnt bother me... Ask me to run howeverWhen I was in scouts I would always enter all the treks/walks (read orientering, walking 4+ miles then realise you are walking the wrong way) then complain when my team were walking too slow :rotfl:
