I still haven't had my £20 refund? Does anyone know how long this will take?

I haven't had mine either - I'd ring them - I rang yesterday as the money was taken on the 26th and I was told I'd be refunded over 2 weeks ago. The girli spoke to seemed suprised I hadn't got my refund and said she had passed it to head office. I said I would ring back next week if I still haven't got it.

I'm not impressed - I know it's a charity, but taking the money straight away, when items are out of stock, then dragging their heels issuing refunds? Not good.
  • Yes I agree that it would be a good idea to ring them. I received my refund quite quickly so you should have had yours too by now.

I did email them on Monday but no response. I'm going to ring them later to see what's going on.

Is anyone else still waiting for their refund? I've been on the phone to them 4 times now, plus tried to get through to someone at Head Office who never seems to be available. Getting really frustrated now - they've had my money almost a month and don't seem to be intending to refund
