  • I placed an order on the 22nd and had received nothing other than the confirmation email and the money debited from my account. Just got off of the phone from them. They say that all bar one of the items I ordered is out of stock and therefore will not be sent to me! No email saying this nor a refund! Really disappointing service. I'll wait with baited breath to see if the product or the refund ever turns up!
  • Pretty gutted just rang them regarding my order.Only 1 item available out of the whole order-rest out of stock..wont let me cancel the order..so paying postage for 1 £1 item..:(

That's a pretty bad reflection on the charity and their IT people. Will leave a sour taste in many peoples mouths which is not a good thing for any charity.

Well this is very different to the converstaion I had this morning. I rang as I ordered over a week ago. My order no was invalid but he did a quick post code search and found my order. A few things were out of stock but he said they dont dispatch until everything comes back into stock - so it will eventually arrive but he couldnt tell me when as they didnt have any dates on his screen to say when the items were due in.
He said I could wait or cance my order. Im going to wait. I will ring again in a couple of weeks o see how things are progressing. Im not in a hurry so it will be a nice surprise when it does arrive :)

Hopefully this is just a delay til all stocks are replenished, it seems it was so popular, they got absolutely swamped. I feel they will honor those with confirmation emails though. I guess I was just lucky to get the order in quick enough ;)

I hope so because my order hasn't come yet. Deliveries here are a bit erratic and can be slow so I wasn't too bothered that nothing had arrived. If I don't get the order, well I don't but I don't want to pay £4.50 delivery for one item.

Those of you that have had deliveries, Did you have a despatched email? I haven't had an email to say it has been despatched but I know some companies don't send them.

Please remember guys you're dealing with a Cancer charity, these staff are predominantly unpaid individuals giving voluntary work in appreciation of services received during the gradual loss of loved ones, this is not your usual MSE fly-by-night online retailer 'ripe for fleecing', only harming overpaid directors who otherwise make mega profits from buying in bulk, selling high with demand, then clearing stock at loss, such as sports direct, littlewoods etc, who many probably assume quite correctly are fair 'game'.

Remember a mention on a website such as this can completely overwhelm a small online operation destroying years of good work and service simply because they cannot cope with a massive influx of publicity and subsequent workload.

Whilst there's no excuse for ripping off and shoddy service, undoubtedly there are a lot of lazy staff on ANY payroll of a largish charity, show an element of restraint and patience and remember the end cause as many of us have to do.

No, we (Marleyboy) didn't get anything after the "Order Placed" email. But they did send it by 48hr courier, which struck me as odd and unnecessarily expensive! Perhaps, overwhelmed with the response, they've changed to a more basic postal service too.

i ordered a few things on there too, and got a call this evening to let me know most of it was out of stock, still getting a few things, but rather disappointed they had no lunch bags or bottle left, my kids get through them like nobody's business... thanks op though
