Tea set £1.00 from Macmillan Cancer shop

My complete order arrived on Tuesday via courier although I telephoned my order through. Most of the £1 items were showing on their system as £4 but they manually corrected each one after checking the website.

Really pleased and will definately order from them again.

Just got a phone call. Most of my stuff is OOS so she is sending the two things that are in stock out and a refund for the rest of it.

I have just rung up about my order and it went through ok-early morning on the 22nd. I am getting it all apart from 3 items that are out of stock. One of them is the heart mug which is probably just as well. It was for my son to give his girlfriend who has since dumped him and been extremely nasty in the process.

I had the same strangely worded confirmation email that other people have mentioned and the order went through alright.

well I've called them this morning as I still havent received anything, to be informed that everything is OOS and they will refund me 'as soon as possible'. I'm not impressed that I had to ring twice to be told this

i just got my items but two were out of stock so they changed it they were the leather photoframe which got replaced with a pine coloured one which was smashed in transport and the shower cap which was replaced with the toiletry bag

I had my items this morning and my order was "placed" on the 22nd, my leather photo frames were also replaced with pine ones, all 4 were smashed though. Cant complain as the money does go to charity but it has put me off ordering again. The childrens gardening bag and accessories is lovely and is excellent value for money, and the Santa Stories book is also good value too. I also ordered the pack of cards which will ocme in reallyhandy, theres a good mix of cards in the selection.

Mine just arrived from my order date of the 22nd out of 6 things ordered only teddy cufflinks arrived. Not impressed. Order processed on 27th i wonder if they take the order then process seperately stupid system. I just have zero next to other items on the list for packing i dont know anything about refund or if its coming later not impressed. Do they charge the full amount then refund? With dsr regulations i guess i can return and get postage refunded but it will cost another £1.40ish to get a fiver back hmmmm. what i bought is not worth a fiver. I dunno what to do.

Also a huge box for a really tiny box sent 48 hr courier how bizarre and wasteful. If i wanted to give a fiver to charity i would. This feels wrong do you complain or what? What muppet company even thinks sending a £1 item from a larger order is acceptable with the postage costs incurred.


There is not one item cost shown on this invoice its pants!

I had my order this morning. Ordered on 22nd. 2 frames, 1 cookbook, and 1 teapot arrived all in good condition. Shower hat and 1 teapot set missing.

I ordered 8 items and received 4. The 4 items I did receive are great (coffee cups are smaller than I thought) but the photo frame, magnetic tape and cufflinks are lovely. Although I don't think they're £12 worth of lovely.

Anyone heard from them on the remaining items? I bought most for little presents and can't really afford to just 'lose' £4... I make enough donations to charity without a forced donation (I know I know I'm mean).

Card Purchase -£10.50 WWW.MACMILLAN.ORG so not impressed this went out on the 26th why take the money before processing the order thats just asking for trouble now i better chase a refund as they have not sent me any literature grrrr and double grrrrrrr.

£10.50 for a pair of cufflinks which are not that nice grrrrrr
