Thank you very much for your order. Your order number is ********. A total of £10.00 will be billed to your credit card when you have placed your order.
What do they mean 'when I have place my order'? Does this mean my order is not being processed??

It starts by saying thank you for your order and you have got an order number so I think you should be fine
Maybe they have made a mistake in the way they have worded it and mean your card will be charged when the order is processed?? 0 -

I have also just received the same . I think that it may just be an error and maybe the mean that account will be charged when items are processed.
