Hi,
i saw in the weekly email about Santander offering 0% BT with no fee - I think it's for existing customers (includes Abbey and A&L customers).
Does anyone know if they are offering this if you already have the Santander credit card? or is it for existing customers that don't have this card?

Existing current a/c and mortgage customers, pretty sure their T&C's say you can't already have a Santander Zero/Abbey Zero card, not sure about any other card from them."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
it is available to existing mortgage or banking customers who have a santander credit card providing its not the ZERO credit card that they already hold. HTHThere are only two things a child will share willingly - communicable diseases and their mother's real age0

thanks for the replies but actually after phoning Santander it does work.
So, my situation is that I have an Abbey mortgage and an A&L current account so fulfill the requirements for being an existing customer.
I do already have the Santander Zero credit card (which I recently got for using abroad). I have now successfully managed to BT onto the existing Zero card and they have assured me it's o% interest and NO FEE although it's only for 12 months from the original date I got the card (which was about Nov). So I won't get a whole year's worth.
I've done the BT from my Egg money mule and will transfer that +ve bal to a high interest savings acount for the remaining 12 months - thanks Santander - should net me about £250 in interestMS Stalwart. I would think so. If Cahoot is part of Abbey, now that Abbey is SantanderMS Stalwart. Used site for >10 years :jMake Do, Mend and Minimise member - focussing on upcycling/repurposing and sewing0

I applied a week ago - anybody got their's yet?If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0

Not heard a peep from Santander....although I expect they are probably snowed under with applications given they are the only fee-free option (and there are probably quite a few Halifax/B&B/A&L customers who qualify!)
Cheers

Just been to the Santander site. The zero card attracts a 3% fee for balance transfers. Can't see anything that is 0% BT and 0% fee.0

Whoops, sorry, just found it - bottom of the page!0
